Dry orange wine. 

 

The wine fermented and matured in Georgian vessel 1 000 liters large made of red terracotta clay for nine months. Maceration took place on the skins, then the wine rested in oak barrels for 12 months. Grapes are grown organically. The wine has no sulphur added, is not filtered and no chemicals are added. The wine has orange color. The aroma is oxidative-mineral like. The taste is very mineral with tones of cognac and honey. 

 

We recommend it with ripen types of cheese.  

 

The potential of the wine is 18 years or more. 

 

alcohol: 12%, residual sugar: 1 g/l 

acidity: 7.2 g/l, total sulphur content: 29 mg/l
