The wine fermented and matured in a Georgian vessel 1000 liters large made of red terracotta clay, maceration on skins lasted 9 months, maturation in oak barrels of 500l for another 12 months.

Dry red wine, 100% Pinot Noir. 

 

The wine fermented and matured in a Georgian vessel 1000 liters large made of red terracotta clay, maceration on skins lasted 9 months, maturation in oak barrels of 500l for another 12 months. Grapes were grown organically. Wine is not filtered, and is without any foreign yeast, bacteria or additives. The wine has a rich burgundy color. The aroma has the character of an overripe fruit and is mineral, very intense and persistent. It resembles ripe red and blue fruits and a mixture of exotic spices with minerals and vanilla. The taste is fruity-mineral like and persistent with tannin-cognac tones. 

 

The potential of the wine is 20 years or more.

acidity: 6.6 g/l, total sulphur content: 47 mg/l
