Description

Dry white wine.

The grapes come from a vineyard in the Podyjí National Park for Moravia with a unique Paleozoic subsoil, geologically belonging to the Czech Massif. The malo-lactic acidity was degraded in this wine, it is not filtered and it is made biodynamically. The wine lay on yeast for 18 months in older oak barrels. The wine has a soft yellow colour. The aroma is gently mineral with a touch of flowers and fruits. The taste has nnuances of minerals with fruit-floral like tones.

Perfect for daily drinking. We recommend it with fish, chicken, salads or harder types of cheese.

The potential of this wine is 10 years or more.
