Description

Dry white wine.

The grapes come from a vineyard in the Podyjí National Park for Moravia with a unique Paleozoic subsoil, geologically belonging to the Czech Massif. The malo-lactic acidity was degraded in this wine, it is not filtered and it is made biodynamically. The wine has a soft yellow colour. The aroma is gently mineral with a touch of flowers and fruits. The taste has nnuances of minerals with fruit-floral like tones.

Perfect for daily drinking. We recommend it with fish, chicken, salads or harder types of cheese.

The potential of this wine is 10 years or more.
