Cuvée from Green Veltliner 60%, Riesling 20%, Sauvignon blanc 20% varieties. Grapes are from a biodynamic vineyard in Podyjí National Park. The wine fermented and matured in older French oak barrels. Wine of light green-yellow color and with floral-mineral like tones. Taste is pleasant and full with dominant mineral manifestation. This wine was made without the use of foreign yeast, bacteria and other additives. 


We recommend it with Czech dishes, especially pork. Also try it with fish, harder types of cheese or asparagus.  

The potential of this wine is 7 years or more.
