Description

Wine is made of grapes from biodynamic vineyard in Podyjí National Park for Moravia with unique Palaeozoic subsoil. The malo-lactic acidity was degraded in this wine and it is not filtered. The The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine has a soft yellow colour. The aroma is very distinctly mineral with fruit-floral like tones. The mineral taste has nuances of stony-sand soil with a pronounced proportion of quartz. The character of the wine is accentuated by the aroma and taste of nuts and light acidity.
The potential of this wine is 7 years or more.

Pairing: We recommend this wine with pork and boar meat, breaded pork cutlets, carp short orders and different types of harder ripening cheese.
