Dry white wine.

Wine is made of grapes from biodynamic vineyard in Podyjí National Park for Moravia with unique Palaeozoic subsoil. The malo-lactic acidity was degraded in this wine and it is not filtered. The wine matured in older oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. The wine has a soft yellow colour. The aroma is very distinctly mineral with fruit-floral like tones. The mineral taste has nuances of stony-sand soil with a pronounced proportion of quartz. The character of the wine is accentuated by the aroma and taste of nuts and light acidity.

We recommend this wine with pork and boar meat, breaded pork cutlets, carp short orders and different types of harder ripening cheese.

The potential of this wine is 7 years or more.
