Cuvée from Pinot noir, Riesling and Welsch Riesling varieties. Wine without the use of foreign yeast, bacteria and other additives matured in older oak barrels. The malo-lactic acidity was degraded in this wine and it is not filtered. Wine of light green-yellow color is floral and mineral like. The taste is pleasant and full with a dominant mineral manifestation.
The wine is suitable to combine with light dishes and salads. Try it with asparagus, crackling dumplings or crackling spread. It is also great with harder types of cheese.
The potential of this wine is 7 years or more.
