Dry orange wine. 

 

The wine fermented and matured in a Georgian vessel 1 000 liters large made of red terracotta clay. Maceration lasted 9 months on the skins, maturation for another 12 months in new oak barrels. Grapes are grown organically, without the use of chemicals, foreign yeast or bacteria. There is no sulphur added or any other chemicals and the wine is not filtered. The aroma is oxidative-mineral like. The taste is also mineral with tones of cognac and honey. The color of this wine is orange. 

 

We recommend this wine with ripen types of cheese, venison, strong reductive sauces and wild poultry.  

 

The potential of the wine is 20 years or more. 

 

alcohol: 13.5%, residual sugar: 1 g/l 

acidity: 6.3 g/l, total sulphur content: 25 mg/l
