The grapes come from the village of Znojmo – Popice, from the Podyjí National Park and from Velké Bílovice, vineyard called Zadní hora. The exceptional subsoil gives the wine a unique mineral-floral expression.
The wine matured for 18 months on natural yeast in oak barrels in the sandstone cellars of Nový Šaldorf.
Description
Natural white wine with Pinot Gris (50%), Müller Thurgau (30%) and Chardonnay (20%) varieties. Authentic biodynamic wine is prepared without chemicals and other added additives. Not filtered.
The potential of wine is 5 years and more.
Pairing: We recommend fresh salads, cheeses or turkey meat. Try chicken paprikash.
